I thoroughly enjoyed the narrative as well as the method in which it unfolded. At each step I wanted to be able to do something other than let James ruin his life even more... but alas, it is not my place to make such choices. I could have closed the window, but I didn't. I decided to let James' choices unfold. Exactly the kind of mood I love. It has some very strong themes here too; that punitive systems are blind, that choices have repercussions and that we can't choose what we choose to choose. E to interact.\r\n\r\nI didn't have much time this weekend so I decided to make an artgame because I didn't think it'd take a lot of effort. It didn't really take a lot of programming, most of my time was spent animating and placing the pieces of enviornment. I think it turned out pretty well.\r\n\r\nI'm good at the actual programming and making of a game, but I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing when it comes to exporting and sharing it. Currently it'll only work on Windows 64-bit computers, sorry!\r\n\r\nFollow me on twitter! @N427Games\r\n\r\nSorry for the lack of goats. :c\r\n\r\nEDIT:\r\n\r\nSpoiler warning, this paragraph is for after you've played the game. The purpose of the continuous childish rambling, even through adulthood, was to convey a sense of innocence and a lack of understanding of right and wrong. That's why I wrote 'alot' instead of 'a lot', along with some other improper grammar, to add to the childishness. And that's also why I let some of the narration not fit entirely on the screen, to make it feel more like rambling.<\/p>","title":"Hat"}
