The game is mostly finished, I would have liked to have added a little more depth to it, but I am happy with the result.\r\n\r\nYour household begins with two adults and a child, the adults earn a yearly salary and make yearly expenditures, what you have left of this can be spent on upgrading your house with full on modifications like an extension, or just a sneaky upgrade like a pet dragon.\r\n\r\nThe game isn't perfect, and there are many aspects that did not get polished to the standard I would have liked, but oh well, least I finished in time for the 48 hours, was deadly close.\r\n\r\nI made the game in Game Maker HTML5 so below there is a link to both an exe, and a HTML5 version, sound effects were edited in Audacity, and all the lovely visuals were thanks to Microsoft Paint.\r\n\r\nOn the failure state; if you fail to upgrade your house at all, it gets demolished, and if your family runs out, which it will, it also spells game over.<\/p>","title":"Evolve or GTFO!"}
