Fun game, but around level 4-5, i started having noticable slowdown, until it eventually was unplayable. Not sure if it's an issue with my computer or the game, but I was running the direct link on Win7 and Firefox.

Nice little game. :) The controls were good and responsive. Sometimes it was hard to see how the round thingies would turn you when you would jump on them and led to some nasty suprise falls. :P

Had some trouble with jump, as I tend to hold down the arrow key, which causes me to jump when I land.

Very fun and addicting! Took me a while to see the Evolution being integrated in! Great game!

The game seems very respnsive but I feel like there is a bit of random luck as to whether I get a jump right or not. Sometimes I seemed to just fly off on a tangent line to the circle,, when I thought I would jump away from the circle. That aside I enjoyed playing, I could not get past level 9, after enough deaths I had to take a break :)

I did not have any slowdown, I was playing on Kongregate. I am playing on a good laptop though.

Thanks for your comments!

@Sgt Squirrelly, I was getting a big slowdown overtime when I had the game in debug mode, but couldn't find a leak anywhere. The when I switched to release mode, it seemed fine. But it must still be there, just not as visible on my pc. Thanks.

@aeveis, that jump key was something I was meant to fix, but forgot about it. You do get a few annoying moments because if it.

@Jeremy1080, I had a whole plan for working my way up to some futuristic wheels, but 48 hours came and went :S

Very fun.
There are some glitches when you are about to fall off, but other than that, it played really well!

Controls are responsive but a little strange. I always died due to the re-jump on landing when holding up. Enjoyed it, though!

Wow, I am getting an amazing response. Thanks for the comments and feedback guys. It has made me really want to take this game further. Might fix up a few of the bugs, and maybe try and get a mobile version running. I think it could work well on mobile.

I liked it for the most part. It was a bit frustrating to press jump in order to jump up and have my character try to fly towards a wheel. Cute play on the theme though. :)

A great game! Not quite sure how the theme fits into this other than the name, so I decided not to give a rating for the theme since it's likely I'm just missing something.

Very FUN and even addictive game!
At first I think that your mechanic is outdated. But you brought something new in "radial movement mechanic"
Also I like how you play around "evolution of wheels" theme. Good job!

Cool game and different concept. I died to many times until I figured out the technique for timing/jumping from wheel to wheel. Nice job!

Great game, enjoyed the hell out of it, but I have to ask, what is awe6 exactly?

Thanks brenthamel. awe6 is a really nice game framework for the Haxe language. It basically gives you a bunch of tools, and base classes to use, so you can get straight into the good stuff.

I enjoyed this quite a bit. The bouncing was a little squirrely though.

Nice job, a little difficult to play, but kind of in a good challenging way - became really addicting to play.

Fun. But, yeah. The jump mechanic quite made me want to break some people neck.

I played the whole game.

The game quickly becomes more interesting (and hard!) from level 4.

I had some trouble because I held down the up arrow for too long, and jumped again when I landed. I would prefer if jumping was only triggered when the key was first pressed.

I did not enjoy the sound effects :/

I liked the artwork and level design. In particular, I loved the sense of scale that came from having massive wheels right next to tiny ones.

This would make an excellent endless one-button-game.

there was a similar game in the last LD, where you could even run around (as planets were used) to gain speed to jump

Nice and challenging. I ran into the same problem as aeveis (holding down the up key caused multiple jumps). I think i'm just too used to games with a variable jump height, though. Once I started tapping the up key, instead, i was able to progress much more quickly.

Cool idea, though the physics confused me sometimes as they didn't quite do what I was expecting. Also, way too addictive :P

Great game. At first I was annoyed by the jumping, but them after a while I just accepted the physics and started to understand the way the world worked. It turned out to be challenging and fun and I can't recall playing anything quite like it. Really nice job!

Ever level I would curse and say it can't be done, then somehow I would make it. Well done on all fronts.

@heuermh, Haha thanks, your comment made my day. That is actually the reaction I was hoping for.

@matthias_zarzecki, That is a very interesting idea. I might have a go at creating an endless one button game in a similar style soon.

People really seem to struggle with the jump at first, so I have been working on this for a post compo build.
