Hey, this looks interesting, but I get a crash report on Mac OS 10.6; something about "Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libSDL-1.2.0.dylib". Will try the windows version later on.

Nice idea, definitely lots of potential! Needs a bit more to make it fun to play though.

I like the concept, but I kept running into problems where I wasn't able to make any more dictionary words with my existing word, partially because letters didn't seem to respawn in a timely manner--I waited a while to find another "S" and never saw one.

I keep coming back to this game again and again. Wonderful execution, and the graphics are awesome. It is really hard to think up words and then build words off them!

Pretty good! The bit where you have to chase down the letters is a *bit* tiresome, but overall it's a lot of fun. I especially think it would be cool for you to add more ways for the creature to vary with the words.

I should note that, on my machine, the tree view didn't actually work. It showed all the branches overlapping each other straight down the center. OS X 10.7

This was a fun game, and the graphics were very sharp, particularly the 3D guy. I had a little trouble with the interface at first until I realized I could drag the letters around and add them to the word (reading the README also helped). Not being able to add letters unless you made an intermediate word is a little frustrating but makes the game a lot harder. Well done!

I really like the word tree graph at the end. You really should put something in about dragging letters on to the core word. I spent a while mashing my keyboard. This game feels like it is missing something, I can't quite put my finger on. Word games present a complex challenge for computers. I appreciate your effort in trying to expand this genera.

Hey there, I'd like to play and rate this game, but I can't find out how to interact? Which keys are used for what? Sounds like a promising idea :)

I get the same error as diki on OS X 10.7.4: http://pastebin.com/hu1UiSE9
From what I can tell your game looks like it's got a great idea though.

Excellent game and an interesting take on the theme. Good fun to play too! Maybe could do with a slightly larger dictionary (although maybe I was just spelling stuff wrong - dyslexic here) but overall great work :).

I love it!
Especially how well it sticks to the theme.
My high score is 948, turning "doc" into "stolen" :).

I'n not really a fan of these kind of games, but this looks very professionally done. Impressive!

TIP: After unzipping the folder 'gamedata' was recognized as an synchronized folder by Tortoise SVN. You may want to change that, otherwise other people could change your resources (it looked like I could if I wanted to).
