It doesn't seem to scale properly so I can't click anything? Also "Windows" is supposed to be "Web" since it's a web based game right? Anyways it looks good but I'm not able to play :(

I had alot of fun playing with this little sandbox, or should I say flower-box kind of game. It's a really cool prototype that has lot's of potential for fun, but i had a bit of trouble understanding the breeding of the plants, and could have used a little more instruction. Really looking forward to future versions, please keep me updated!

Tried playing it a few times, all kinds of weird issues. It won't register my clicks on the title screen unless I click the top left area, and when I try to plant the seeds in the game it crashes with a white screen. I'm using the newest version of Firefox if that helps. It seems like a really nice fame though!

@Pacifist, I'm not sure what's going on, the game works perfectly in firefox for me... does it work for you in other browsers? =[

Liked the idea, but not a fan of the gameplay, got a little bit tired of clicking, you know? Fun to relax a little bit and check out what the outcome could be :)

This is a game that could get awesome if you have a little more time, nevertheless is a good game.

The game itself is very relaxing and laid back - a great change of pace from the other games I've seen for the most part. :) I had some trouble trying to mix the plants (making it as far as ivy..) but it seems like it could be a very deep, interesting idea for a game.

A good and original idea. The game runs kinda choppy for me on Firefox. This would really benefit from some relaxing soundtrack, that would improve the experience. I never figured out how to use the scissors. Good to see people trying new ideas, eco-friendly to boot, cool!

Nice chill game, could go well with some relaxing music. If the dialog had been juuuust a bit lower you could click twice to plant immediately. I'm a sucker for doodle-god games though, nice job!

@nuria: The scissors only work on plants that don't die off over winter. I thought it would be pointless for you to be able to cut down plants that are going to disappear anyway. Maybe I should have enabled it for all types of plants. That and the trashcan were mostly implemented because, by end-game, there were so many objects on screen that the framerate just crapped out.

Cool game. I liked the concept or mixing flowers together to get different plants.

I did find a glitch where seeds could be misaligned with the mouse and you could never click them, so they were just floating beside the mouse the whole time. Didn't have any other problems.

I like the idea. You could add some instructions on start and peharps some goals in small levels. Like to get a certain types of plants, somethink like that. Also a music will greatly improve the mood.

Nice idea but the game is a bit too hard to understand. I've tried a lot (all?) of combinations but only Ivy and Grape Wine worked. I think a little help screen who be neat!

Oh i like it, because it's another html5 game :). You should add relaxing music. Take a look at SoundHelix or cgMusic.

This is a fun little game. I liked it a lot, spent about an hour playing around. I found almost half of the combinations, and spent 95 years doing so. The direction is a little unintuitive, and I would have liked to be able to differentiate the seeds of one plant from seeds of others. That point was probably what made it hardest, even though I had a big collection of seeds sorted in the storage box.
I'll probably play it again some time, still hopeful for that precious Golden Fruit. :)

It's a good idea, but i do agree with feyleaf about differentiating seeds.
Also, maybe you can add some shortcut to switch scissors, plant seed, delete seed... instead relying only on the mouse click.

Anyway, I tried on Safari 5.1.7 and it works.

The reason I wanted all the seeds to look the same is so you wouldn't know what you got 'till you planted it. Not sure if that was the best decision, in retrospect...

I didn't quite get how you were supposed to combine the plants. I got some new plants, probably by mistake... The idea is good however, and the graphics are simple and nice.

It was really hard to know if you combined something or not. You couldn't really separate seeds either if they spawned at the same place. Looks however as you put a lot of variety into it. Really liked the intro screen =)

Little buggy, but I get the idea and the theme is on the spot ;)

I thought it was a very cool idea, but in practice it was a bit tedious. There probably shouldn't be a "Plant?" dialogue, not only because it's buggy, but also because without it you can perform actions much more quickly. I liked the title screen art, and wish the in-game graphics were as cool looking. Would've been nice to have a group seed select as well. I spent a lot of time throwing out extra seeds. Was only able to unlock the ivy and thorn bush. All in all though, I liked it. Bonus points for being nonviolent. ;)
