This game is incomplete but the core control mechanic is implemented. The concept is you are jury rigging your own control mechanisms as you build your ship out of parts you find. Currently there are no parts to add to your ship but you can re-arrange them and use button blocks to tie thrusters together. There is only one planet and no goal yet. As a personal challenge see if you can reach the edge of the stars and make your way back to the planet if you remember where it is.

BTW after reading "DO NOT MAKE INFINITE LOOPS WITH BUTTONS (really, don't)" the effect was a bit like trying not to think of pink elephants. So, yes, I crashed my browser.
I was definitely inspired by Captain Forever for the ship building. I have been mulling over a ship building game for a couple years and once I came up with the button control system I knew I had to build it. One of the biggest influences for the game which might not be obvious from what I implemented is C&C Red Alert 1.
I'm definitely going to explore the idea further and see what comes out of it. It's pretty awesome people are asking if they can steal the idea since that means the idea is worth pursuing. As diki points out there is a lot of design space to explore.
