Nicely put together game. I would recommend putting the firing key on the keyboard as the left mouse gets a bit straining since you are shooting all the time.

Pretty cool upgrade and damage taking system. I managed to beat it. It was too hard to manage the upgrades though so it wasn't worth ever looking at them or moving them around. Also I never got close to dying, so I don't know if having a lot of upgrades made things too easy. I could just absorb tons of bullets.

I like the retro style. Would have been nice with some music.

Nice oldschool shooter, the free shooting is pretty fun. The upgrade mechanic was neat but in practice not very useful, it was just too "out of the way" to worry about and the game was pretty easy so when actually playing you pretty much just ignored it.

I was sooo close to killing the boss and then he backed me into a corner and dead. This is probably one of the most fun ones I've played so far. Interesting spin on evolution too.

Fun game to play. Love a good old shooter game! Definitely a retro feel which I liked. Job well done.

Looks interesting but some instructions would help. What are those dna for? Some upgrading my stats and some down grade them. Are they my health too? Because if I hold one and fight I never lose. Also use transparent background for sprites next time ;)
