And then semi-randomly divides up their upgrades to create 4 new enemies. Those 4 new enemies then have a random selection of upgrades removed or moved down a level, then all 6 enemies have upgrades randomly added until they reach a certain &quot;total cost&quot; for upgrades. The biggest problem I kept having was lining up shots. It might have been useful to separate firing and movement (maybe something like Binding of Isaac or Realm of the Mad God.
