One of my favorite games so far. It's obviously a bit repetitive, so it might be nice to evolve and be able to skip levels, and I'm not convinced that distance is a useful metric as opposed to, say, number of shots fired. Still, I found it fairly engaging. Nice work!

This is a really clever concept. I do agree with aschearer though that shots fired might be better than distance as a limiting metric, and also that it would be good to be able to skip levels once you've completed them a certain number of times.

Good game! strangely compelling, love the way you have to die to get further!

There was a lot to like here. The graphics and audio are simple, but they go well with the presentation. Unfortunately, I'm really bad at one of the shots on like, test 4 or something, so I had to replay it quite a few times just because I was missing, rather than because I wasn't strong enough. Good idea, the repetitiveness drags it down a bit.

Really neat, feels solid and the theme is present, one of my favorite entries so far, good job!

Thanks :) for the comments :) may be number of shots will be a nice metric and about skipping levels won't give the effect that the creature new generation can survive like the older generation and better :)

Thanks and hope you enjoy it :)

I think 19 generations and still at level 2 is a bit too much.
I like the idea though.

ARRRRRRRRRRRGH. I wish you hadn't done that 'Flash game' thing of putting in REALLY grindy upgrades, especially when you then require actual skill to progress anyway. I got to my 59th iteration before I thought "Nope, I'm never going to do this". I was awful at trigonometry at school anyway.

It's really cool, but it gets really old, pretty quick.

Thanks Orni and Zed :)
@Zed I am uploading an enhanced version where the game will be easier :) Hope that helps you :)

I impressed with this game and how you play around evolution theme. Visuals good too. I like it. Nice job!

Having to repeat everything was a bit annoying, but this game was great. One of my favourites so far.

This game would be great with some local storage, so I could go back and progress later. I got to 24 generations before giving up, although I would have come back.

I liked the graphics and the billiard aspect of the game. I didn't like grinding for distance.

Bit grindy and thus pretty repetitive, but the concept is bloody brilliant! You nailed the theme in a really unique way!

The concept can be good but I found borring to do again and again the same level and I'm not really in love with that.

Interesting game. I really liked the look of it. I wish there were more ways for you to repeat less often through skill, rather than having it be so much a direct function of your distance upgrade level.

There are so many things I like about this game. It looks great, it controls great, it sounds great, it's genuinely fun.

But no matter how I slice it, it's a grind-house.

I'd like to throw out a couple thoughts on trying to seriously reduce grind.

With the distance increase, perhaps you could also increase the speed that ball travels. It'd greatly reduce the amount of time spent on levels that have already been beaten.

It could also help if it didn't feel like I was doing the *exact* same thing every play-through. I completely understand that there's an order to the levels. The gradual increase in level complexity is very nicely done and is quite a pleasure to jump into. You might be able to retain this excellent pacing by adding slight variations to each test and randomly selecting which variation of each test the player will be given each play through.

Dude, amazing concept. I like so much. The repetition is a little boring, but the evolution is amazing. I think you will evolve thins concept. Congrats.

great game!! was very annoying though to have to do the levels I've already beaten over and over again. very much so once you get very far into the game. otherwise great game!!

Nice gameplay mechanic. Maybe better use number of shots instead of distance as limit.

too repetitive levels ruins a good experience: visual are solid, lack of music is present, but is not a problem. IMHO: you should improve this game with more graphics, sounds, music

I got up to 15th Gen before I got bored with doing the same levels over again. I get the idea behind it, but there has to be a way to make it less repetitive. It's very much a trial and error thing, which gets old, especially with having to traverse all the way back up to try again.

Excellent entry - I can't really think of any criticisms. The trails that you leave each time really make the game - that was a very subtle, nice touch. Great work!

I thought this was actually pretty addicting considering how simple it was, and I liked the simple graphics. But, as many other have suggested, I think there needs to be a way to prevent it from being so repetitive. I also have no idea what upgrading "learning" did.

I just can't get test 5. I got there on my like 5th evolution and now I am on like 40. Kinda boring when I can get through the first 4 so easy but just can't make the shot to get the first dot on test 5. Good game though just wish there was a skip level when you don't need experience any more and just want to get more chances at the one you can't win yet.

Side note: On the enhanced version I won in 15 evolutions. Great stuff.

Revisiting all the prior tests seemed like busy work, especially since the upgrades didn't really change your play-style.

Really cool game, very elegant and simple. Works really well. If you suck, like I do, it can be quite frustrating. But I like that in a game.

This was pretty fun and engaging to play while keeping very simple and minimalist. Having to go through the whole game again each time got a little repetitive after a while. I kept messing up on the bounces and kinda wish there was a trajectory/bounce prediction line like there is in most digital implementations of pool.

I gave up in the 49th Generation (as I thought, playing a game which requires planning and geometry thinking at 5:30 AM isn't exactly a good idea). Reached level 5 or 6. I think. Going over the same levels over and over again was a little bit tedious though. Solid entry overall!
