This is great and works perfectly fine for what it is but its not very innovative and doesnt have much to do with evolution but the download works fine. It is a good entry.

This does have something to do with evolution, but not survival of the fittest but rather "pro evolution soccer". Works well, is playable and is a finished game with nice audio.

I like its graphics and sounds, but gameplay could be more interesting.
And as TuxedoFish said it has nothing to do with evolution.

Ha, interesting use of the theme. Kinda simple game but it works, I guess it's on purpose that there is simply no way to block everything? The audio was good.

Cool logo, music and sounds! The gameplay didnt live up to it but I had fun anyways.

It bugs me that you're almost only able to catch one ball from each wave :P. Also, I'm not sure what it has to do with evolution. But it had ingame commentary! Loved that!

The game is kinda boring... and when 2 or 3 balls come at THE SAME TIME it's impossible to block all of them, which is a bad design decision.

But the take on the theme was lovely :D

Haha. I loved the voiceover and the grunting.

Interesting take on the theme. Graphics feel consistent, and audio is rather cool - other than that, a little too simple, though I did have fun. Adding some more moves available (like throwing yourself at the ball, etc.) or some bonuses (a lot of blocks in a row = more points) would make this even better IMHO.

A fun little game. It got mad towards the end, with like 3 balls coming at me at once from all different directions. A bit of a loose connection to the theme, but a good entry none the less.

it runs ok on linux but the sound chops in and out, this is normally from using the non-standard sound extensions some jre's have, it still runs ok despite though. I did unzip the jar to check out the music and it is pretty good.

TBH i don't see the evolution tie in, maybe it's a play on words or something (i'm not a sports fan) but i don't quite get it.

This entry made me really happy, actually. The voice acting made me smile and I loved how me failing to block all those balls in the last seconds resulted in continuous booing of the audience.

I actually loved the way you used the theme. 80% of the games I play here are about enemies that keep getting stronger or playable characters that are getting stronger. (guilty!) This game simply puts a funny twist on a game with 'evolution' in the title, and the only thing that evolves is the skill of the player. It's really fresh, and I actually think that using the theme in a way that's unexpected instead of a way everyone thinks the theme should be used should earn you more points for theme, not less. So there you go: 5 stars for theme from me.

Awesome sound - why are the balls so small?? :) I found it hard to time my kicks, which in the interest of giving the benefit of the doubt, I'll have to put down to my being rubbish at it rather than dodgy collision detection. Incidentally, I never liked being stuck in goal at school, and refused to use my hands :)
