Production notes:
- We've run out of time way too soon, so made the best of the last of our time to complete the core gameplay.
- Due to unforseen circumstances there is little to no music; what we did use is recycled from our own library, or used under CC 3.0.
- The epic final boss battle is unfinished; just attack the boss to get the final form, so you may reach the trees above The Shrine.
- Minor glitches with checkpoints, melee attacking.
Tips and Spoilers:
- The goal is to restore the Forest Sprit to The Shrine. The Spirit has been displaced in an intially unreachable spot (above The Shrine); you need to fly to reach it.
- If you find the game too hard, why not try to swim across the lake as a tanuki! He can struggle across without fainting. There's an extremely useful form on the other side.
- Mouse can climb some walls. When jumping, try tapping down mid-air to get more distance.
- Fennec and Bird have melee attacks that use Stamina, but the Tanuki and Otter can throw magical leaves that uses Mana.
- Checkpoints are crucial. They restore HP and Stamina as well as keep track in case you faint.
- HP and Stamina upgrades may be found if you look around...
Final Notes:
- It's been an amazing 3 days working together on this project
- There may be flaws and bugs, but all in all we're proud of it.
- Happy Ludum Dare 35, Everyone!

It's really a shame since it looks like a lot of work was put into it and it could be fun :(
The controls are a little confusing, though. Also, the default mappings for keyboard are hard to use, and for some reason remapping didn't work for me (the key field was saying "(text)".
Also, those wolves on the first screen are really annoying =x
Nice game!
Although I never understood what the .love file was for?
Thanks to duskpn for reporting this.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
