One Last Chance by dr_soda

EDIT - The .apk works best on Tablets, or on
phones running ICS or higher. Mostly it's
a matter of screen size, but
also of performance.

From the Recursive Frog team ::
What if one day a mysterious person sent you an app on your smartphone that lets you peer into the past, and put right what went wrong? Your relationship with your girlfriend has devolved significantly over time. Would it be possible to evolve it into something better?
:NOTE: Once you see the "Force Close" screen after visiting the past, it means the scenario is complete.
FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT, download the .apk and play as a person using a smartphone while you, yourself, are using a tablet such as the Nexus 7. STAND UP AND TURN YOURSELF AROUND to look around the scene, just like the character in the game is doing.
For the time being, the apk is hosted on my own site.
I'll push it to Google Play once I can convince Unity to sign with my keystore.
The game is short, not complete, but open-ended and a huge mind trip. Play around as much as you want.

Cool to see a more storytelling-focused approach pay off. Nice. :)
I played it on the web, but it sounds like the android turning around would be neat to try.
Anyway, good work.
I would love to see a post-compo version some time, because this is just too interesting not to follow up on! :D
But seriously, the game seems like a solid start to something that could work well. It's interesting to be on the phone on a game on my phone!
I won't leave us droid owners out in the cold post compo :)
Hope you take this to a full release.
Basically, I like what's here. It's a pretty cool concept, even if I don't get to see it on a tablet all augmenty-like.
Kevin: I was hoping you wouldn't notice that I took the blueprints from your house. ;)
Dark Acre: I'm workin' on it. :)
There were a few glitches (Em kept restarting talking to me when she had went to get the drinks, and she was occasionally invisible and/or teleported to next to the fridge.
Also, I picked up the book, and then couldn't put it down anywhere...
But I think this is promising. It wasn't perfect, but it has potential.
