I should be able to delete atoms placed, and spin the molecule around by click-dragging in empty space.  hard to visualize what goes where in later stages when the atoms are all floaty and you have no control.  Music not a good fit for this style of game, should be something more ambient maybe? With a little tweaking, it could be a top notch educational game. My trackpad's scrollwheel area didn't behave the same as a mouse scrollwheel.
