Dessert Planet by Darien
A pretty straightforward arcade-y item collection game. Pretty proud of this one -- whole thing came together nice and smooth, and well under the deadline. :-D
I didn't do a preloader, but it's so small it doesn't really need one.
Update: I've made a projector, so if you want a Windows standalone, it's all yours. I've toyed with making an Android version, but can't quite get it working. We'll see if I can solve it.

Good stuff Darien!
Other than that a great fun game. Really enjoyed it, with a light touch of humour :)
Thanks for the feedback! Perhaps I should flash the player sprite to indicate powerups are about to run out.

Now, to your game.
My favorite part is the music. Yes, I know it's a 10-second loop that has literally 5 notes, but it still sets the mood perfectly. The donut sound was a little delayed though (people complained about this on my game as well, so if you find a cure let me know).
The gameplay was fun for a bit, but it was slow/simple/predictable enough that I didn't feel the need to play a third time. The first time through I tried to eat a comet.
And I second Tom7string's comment about the size of the world... very frustrating!
Congratulations for making a very polished game! :)
