AquaWars by ElzingaT
A battle of aquatic proportions is taking place in your own room! Play as a school of small fish to defend your fishtank as you disregard obvious plot holes such where are these mysterious enemy fish coming from. Collect sand dollars from your battles and trade them in for fish food (increase the speed of a single fish), additional fish, or beautiful plants (plants increase sand dollar drop rates) to decorate your fishtank with! Beware, once ten or more enemy fish are in your tank at any time it's game over! Direct your school of fish by clicking anywhere in the fishtank to guide them to that location. Your highscore is saved, so you can always try again to beat your best score!

It does need a little polishing, but it's a timed contest after all. Full marks :)
- I think it really needs some audio, at least the sound of coins.
- The art is pretty good. Looks like you have a lot of experience in graphic design.
36387 is mi highscore :)
The screen shot looks great though.
Pity there is no sound.
Based on your mobile device it may run slow, the game wasn't built with mobile optimization in mind...
As for the game itself, I really like the concept, and it's a lot of fun to play. I can't play the post-jam version because I don't have an Android, but here's how I think the game could be improved:
- A counter to show how many enemies are onscreen. When I lost, I thought about 6 enemies, though some may have been obscured by the upgrade menu. I'm pretty sure some worms were blocking the view of other worms, too.
- Speaking of the upgrade menu, I had the upgrade menu open for the majority of the game, as I often quickly alternated between attacking and buying. Perhaps it should be moved to a spot where it does not partially block the player's view (such as the top or bottom of the screen) and not need to be "opened".
The graphics are great and with music the game will be even better.
good job :)
Oh, I just read through the comments and saw you released a post-compo version on android, that's great news! (You should post a link to that in your description (; )
