Ivory Kingdom by Stavu

The game "Ivory Kingdom" is a Strategy game, where you build a settlement of germs living inside a human mouth. They gather ivory from the tooth and the food that accumulates around it.

Once in a while this human washes his mouth, and so annoying water drops come in and can destroy your castle. It's nothing serious though. You can fix it. But the most horrible creature of all is the toothbrush dragon, which will destroy anything in its path!

survive 7 attacks of the evil dragon, and victory will be yours!

The game has no music, since I didn't have the time. Other than that I think it's ok :)

Cool take on the theme! I find it interesting that there are a few in-mouth games made this Ludum Dare. I loved the idea and the details (upgrades, the graphics, the little bacteria ...). It was a bit unbalanced, with the dragon being too random and too powerful. I'm not really sure what the strategy is. But for a weekend game, it's very strong and a nice idea. I hope there isn't anything similar in my own mouth. I suppose I should get that dragon brush going.

Awesome concept :)

Some of the error messages were off. When you don't have enough ivory to build a mine, it'll say "Must build on tooth" even if you're trying to build on tooth.

nice idea, nice graphics. A bit of sounds/music would have make it better.

Such a cool concept, nice imagination. I had a lot of fun with this. Nice touch of humor too.

One thing that was a little difficult is that the water drops would sometimes overlap each other into one. I would think that there is only one coming to my castle with over 500 HP but then all of the sudden HP is gone and the game is over. At first I also found it hard to keep up with the water and tooth brush dragon.

I think the small playing field is a big plus. Don't know if it was done on purpose or not, but I liked it. It kept things fast paced and fun, rather than trying to manage a lot of little things. Great job there.

Overall, very nice job and thank you for the imaginative game.
