Wow! For my second Ludum Dare, I think I did worser than first time around. It was mainly because of my family. I had the weekend free but family had me runnning around, doing other stuff but hey family first! Because of this I only ended up with 9 hours to make a game and I think I did pretty good for 9 hours of work.

You can move around, jump and fight enemies. Sadly I didn't get a chance to do more than one level but I like what I made!

Needs a bit more work! The addition of some sound effects and background audio would help the atmosphere. In addition, it was difficult to jump up and to the right at the same time-- the jump executed so quickly. It would be nice if there were a couple extra frames for the jump animation.

Yeah, 9 hours wasn't long enough for me to get into music and sound. Hmm...I didn't have a problem with jumping, I actually slowed down the jumping process to make it easier to jump but I guess because I was running many things at the time, those would make the jumping seem fine on my machine.

Yeah, on my machine it runs so fast, the jumps are almost instant. You may want to look up how to do a game loop that takes the same amount of time to run no matter how fast the computer is running.
