Rectangle Dude in a Bombed Building by tsaxi
My second game after a Pong clone. It's barely a game, but I had almost no experience, and learnt quite a lot about graphics, programming and game design by making it.
Arrow keys to move. Space or up key to jump. Down to enter doors.
You need LOVE 0.7.2 or 0.8.0 ( http://love2d.org/ ) to play using the .love file.
Linux users who wish to use the standalone binary should make sure they have SDL, OpenGL, OpenAL, Lua, DevIL, FreeType, PhysicsFS, ModPlug, mpg123 and vorbisfile. You probably have them all except for Lua and SDL (if you've never played a game).
I'll update with Windows binaries later.
.love file is a zip archive. Source is inside it.

The game is awful, but funny and charming. Good job.
Also, for next time, please release a standalone binary in all platforms; why is that most Löve2D developers assume we like to download the love2d binary?
Could have used more levels, but anyway, nice game! :D
I don't want to sound like a spoilsport, but please, people, don't bother uploading a game when it isn't much of game and it only was a learning experience. Think of those who want to rate games and have to dig through hundreds of unfinished tutorial projects. Also in this regard: next time, please make it more convenient to play your game (there are tools to create a .exe for LÖVE, i think).
