I think it could have a real Toejam and Earl feel to it with some polish. The text was perhaps unnecessarily harsh\/adult, but the story was otherwise cute. It'd be nice if the eat\/drink dialog went away after the first use, so the user didn't have to mash the space button each time they ate\/drank.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>I enjoyed the combination of 3D world with 2D sprites in perspective, and the vibrant, homebrew graphics. WASD worked, though I found it wanting for diagonal movement. (WASD also seemed to interfere with using trees\/water).\r<br\/>\r<br\/>Good use of different terrain\/worlds. Good theme fit. Would've loved some kitchy audio in there.
