Nothing terribly impressive, but it works and the gameplay is kind of fun.

Enjoyable, though difficulty was weird and it felt like fighting the turrets wasn't usually worth it. Once I got to the up-down zig-zag level the number of bullets on screen started to lag things pretty badly, though.

I think the use of turrets shooting bullets is what is making this one feel generic - if it were more strictly about survival instead of combat, or had some kind of "virus" spreading through the level that you can't stop, it would have been a lot more distinctive. The hidden items and use of a oxygen supply are good ideas though.

The sound cut out partway through for no apparent reason, and some of the later levels had bad performance. Pixie is looking better and better overall :)

Could just be my slow computer, but this felt about 3 times slower than it should have been to me. The lag got especially bad when there were a lot of bullets on the screen, which makes me wonder if your collision detection isn't pretty inefficient.

Was it meant to just go to a black screen after one of the exits (the one at the top-right, behind 4 turrets in a diagonal line)? I also didn't get any audio.

Thanks for all the feedback and bug reports.

@J It definitely shouldn't just be a black after one of the exits, I probably need a better pre-loader because it loads each level on the fly.

@Cosmologicon What browser are you using? It's usually pretty fast in Chrome, though the collision detection is pretty rudimentary.

@triplefox, @23 Thanks for the feedback about the turrets, I'm not really proud of how they fit it. I threw them in because they were easy (to implement). I should force myself to find better answers.

Overall I was happy to finish, though not incredibly proud of the game produced.
