I don't want to be alone! by nilstastic
Was aiming to enter the non-jam competition but i only managed to put in 30 minutes during the weekend (3 week old daughter) so this is a somewhat rushed jam-effort. 5 hours in total, and no sound. =)
Story: Everyone's leaving earth, and you do not want to be left alone. =)
Controls: Arrows to move, up to boost.
Requirements: I think that you'll need mono (http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html) since i'm using mono and monogame. Will try to put up a linux port in a day or so. =)
*** EDIT: The NET version uses XNA (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=20914), so you wont have to use mono and monogame.

For five hours this is very good indeed. Nice graphics!
AFAIK, it should be possible to package a Mono app without requiring mono to be installed on the target windows machine. I don't know about monogame specifically, but my entry uses SDL.net with mono and works fine in my experience.
