YIKES THIS IS HARD. Your post mortem is brutally honest. Congrats on your first LD!

I couldn't figure out what to do in this game; in one life I saw something that looked like it might be the fuel, but when I touched it nothing happened (and then I was eaten by a pack of wolves... no, seriously, I'm not making it up!)
Good job getting it done in time to submit; It's just a shame that you didn't get time to do some real play-testing on the finished product to fine tune and bug fix.

Very hard, but nice concept. :D
For everyone not reading the README: Use Arrows to move, A to harvest and S to attack.

Very interesting game, and I like the premise very much.

But I was sad to be killed by those paralytic wolves so many times.... :-( Maybe you should add a "punching" or "axe" sprite out of the keeper, so that we know where the punching action is happening (same thing for the wolves).

Oh, your time-lapse is really cool, although you could probably double or triple the frame rate.

Thanks for the game!

Well for me it wasn't that hard, once you figure out that the punch can punch multiple wolves at a time. I did it in the second run. Simple and somewhat fun game, bad thing you have to wait until the timer runs out to win.

Hey, thanks for all the comments :)
As said I didn't have much time to test the gameplay, so it ended being kind of hard. At the last second I changed from 5 lives to 3 and it wasn't a smart choice, heh.
