There was a lot of actual gameplay content in here - a Lights Out minigame, a cut-the-wires minigame, a lockpick minigame, and the exploration/enemy avoidance game. Unfortunately, none of them were very fun to me. What could have helped are a reset button on the lights-out game and some checkpoints.

DANG THIS IS HARD! Your post mortem is very honest and insightful. Congrats on your first Ludum Dare!

Controls were a little slow and I wasn't a big fan of resetting at the start of the level when I died - but other than that, seemed alright :) Good job with Ludum Dare!

Hard like a hell! :D You should create some checkpoints ;)

The gameplay is really good. I like the system of minigames that you created(especially lockpicking :D).Audio in background is simple but not bad at all. It fits the theme. ;)

Nice game. There is a lot here. Checkpoints would have been useful though.
