Lonely Trader by Jerm

[raw]
made by Jerm for LD22 (COMPO)
This game is unfinished and the only thing to do is fly around and trade resources between
planets.

How to play:
Use the arrow keys to fly the ship and use the mouse to trade on the planet UI.

You start off on planet Earth. Click the Take buttons to get some resources, then click Launch. Fly to another planet (use the minimap to see other planets) and land on it (your ship needs to be facing so that the thruster lands on the planet otherwise you will crash). The UI that shows up will show the type of resource that the planet produces click the Buy button to buy that resource (you can buy other types of resources, but there's probably no point) and trade one of your other resource types for it. Then fly to another planet that produces a different resource type and buy it. Repeat until bored. You will need to periodically return to Earth to unload your cargo and refuel.

It's unfortunate that you didn't finish this, looks like you got quite a bit done. The space trade is a nice genre, you should try to finish!

I like the idea of trading parts directly.

Landing is way too difficult for me; I was able to do it just once.

Repeat until bored very quickly :( it has potential (i like space trading games :), but it would need a lot more work.

Yeah it has potential but there just isn't enough there, sadly. Keep going!

Cool concept, but landing is too damn hard.

Nice, but landing is super hard, and the fact that there's no option to try again (just close the window) made moving forward kind of tedious.
