Isolated Assault by RobProductions
ISOLATED ASSAULT V1.4
In a world, where the sun burns so furiously you must constantly seek shade...
Where endless cubes fight to get a shot at you...
Where your only weapons are a sword, and a pair of glasses...
Isolated Assault
This 48 hour game was meant to implement the theme, alone, in a new way--you're alone in a cube wasteland until you put on the sunglasses.
The sunglasses make you see things. Enemies. That must be destroyed.
If you can find a shaded zone, (a small building or overhang) you can take off your glasses, making the enemies disappear, and regenerate your health. But, you can't stay there forever. You have a chopper to catch!
The longer you take to find the chopper, the more enemies appear, and the harder it will be to find. It's easy to get lost, so just try to find the shaded zones.

This is my first Ludum Dare Entry, and I'm exciting to finally be doing this! Good luck to all, and thanks for playing!

I get distracted a lot... Oh and you may want to go full-screen to see what applications I'm using.
There's web version... if you really want it. There are several bugs, it's quite laggy, and the opening menu text is completely ruined.
If you really want to play without a download, let me know in the comments, and I'll post a link, just be prepared for a confusing menu. (The upper left corner blocks is the "Play" button, the lower right is "Quit", and the lower left is instructions.)

I might make a second version for fun to fix these things and turn it into a full length game soon. If I do, I'll be sure to put a link on Ludum Dare!
Thanks for playing! :)
Don't worry, for the second version (once Unity 3.5 is out of beta) I'll fix these and add more content to make it a real game! (Possibly even a storyline)
A texture pack or level? On an existing game? If you don't believe I made the game, you can watch the timelapse here:

And I said ahead of time I would be using Unity's Standard Assets Here (Which is not against the rules):

There is no "level designer" script, I manually placed the level scenery using Unity's Editor, which is built in to Unity 3.4.
I think you need to elaborate more?
I sort of ran out of time and never got to put in options such as render distance or mouse sensitivity.
