The atmosphere and feel of this game brings me back to the days of bubble bobble and dig dug and the other NES\/Arcade cross over classics.  It uses the shape shift in a unique way which is both awesome in it's own right but also allows for all the different characters which were awesome.  Music is great.  And the levels actually get harder is a very gradual but appropriate way.
