It took me a little while to realize I could move the red objects (presumably dynamite) to blow up blocks, but once I did realize this, I couldn't stop playing!"},{"author_name":"puffi","author_uid":"5300","time":"Aug 23, 2011 @ 10:34am","epoch":1314095340,"text":"Thanks for the comment.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>Yeah I should've added some sort of instructions to the game, but hopefully people can figure it out without too much of an effort, as there's relatively few objects in game."},{"author_name":"wally2069","author_uid":"5461","time":"Aug 23, 2011 @ 7:03pm","epoch":1314125880,"text":"Once I figured out how to play it was easy to blow through these levels. Simple to play, addictive, fun. Probably the LD21 game I've enjoyed the most so far. Sliding block puzzles are nothing new, but the dynamite added some new layers to the classic formula. I'm kind of big on puzzle design, and I would have liked to see puzzles with fewer blocks. 6 blocks is plenty to make a very challenging sliding block puzzle requiring 30-40 moves, and the number of blocks are small enough for the player to wrap their head around, so they come away with a better appreciation of the solution. With 15 or 20 blocks, there's no way, there are so many billions of possible permutations of those blocks. But like I said, good job!"},{"author_name":"puffi","author_uid":"5300","time":"Aug 27, 2011 @ 9:55pm","epoch":1314481800,"text":"Thank you for your comment.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>Yeah one part that I was able to give too little attention due to the time limit was the level design (which ofc makes or breaks puzzle games) which was bit of a shame.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>But for the post-compo version I will definitely give level design the time it deserves and requires =)"},{"author_name":"Rudy","author_uid":"4807","time":"Aug 28, 2011 @ 8:01am","epoch":1314518160,"text":"Love the concept. Took me a while to figure it out at first - and it'd be neat to see a "guideline" and walk-animation when you move the protagonist.
