Strange Lands by Entar
Strange Lands is a turn-based strategy game that involves turns, bases, and strategy! The object of the game is to find and destroy the enemy while expanding your own base. The twist, however, is that the player has no idea where the enemy is, or how to reach him. Therein lies the discovery! The levels are automatically generated, and the player competes against an AI opponent.
Destroy all enemy bases to win, and keep him from destroying yours. The more bases you own, the more money you gain every turn, which you can then spend on more bases and additional troops. Have fun!
This probably requires that Visual Studio, or the Microsoft Redistributable Runtime, is installed.

Neat idea and design.
I don't think the 3D view worked very well for this. I would have preferred a 2D view and a bigger window that can see the whole board.
