My only gripe would be that it is a little tough to figure out how the interplay of angle and speed affects the final result of your ship's motion, and thus several levels in it was mostly trial and error. Maybe it might be possible to have a handful of "instant path visualizers" per level, where you could see the ships' potential trajectory without having to wait for them to make the entire transit. Not sure how hard that would be to do though. Great work overall!"},{"author_name":"dertom","author_uid":"479","time":"Dec 20, 2010 @ 2:45am","epoch":1292812800,"text":"Yes you are absolutly right! It is a bit annoying to wait so long for the result as you already changed a good solution! I will implement this (after the jam) Now I need some rest :D Thx for playing!"},{"author_name":"stevejohnson","author_uid":"3120","time":"Dec 20, 2010 @ 5:07am","epoch":1292821320,"text":"Interesting idea, one that I've had in the past and am glad to see implemented. Looks great. I got tired of the main mechanic relatively quickly, but I'm sure you could add variety in a few ways. Great audio."},{"author_name":"Ryan","author_uid":"3326","time":"Dec 20, 2010 @ 7:37am","epoch":1292830320,"text":"Very nice physics. As others have said, its quite a bit of trial and error at first to figure out how the angle and speed affect the path, but overall it is a well executed idea, and a different take on the word "Discovery" than many of the other entries used."},{"author_name":"Endurion","author_uid":"103","time":"Dec 20, 2010 @ 8:56am","epoch":1292835060,"text":"A very neat idea and also quite fitting music.\r<br\/>The game is quite tough however. I was not able to even do the tutorial level correctly and also got stuck on the first real stage.\r<br\/>As others said, it takes a bit too long to see a reaction. I know that exactly that part took probably the most work, but it's holding the gameplay back."},{"author_name":"barigorokarl","author_uid":"3036","time":"Dec 20, 2010 @ 12:42pm","epoch":1292848620,"text":"Ha, this is cool! I liked to play around with the physics. On the other hand, it would make things a lot easier. I see this has already been suggested."},{"author_name":"sol_hsa","author_uid":"16","time":"Dec 31, 2010 @ 12:26pm","epoch":1293798060,"text":"Requires unity web player, no thanks."},{"author_name":"MrPhil","author_uid":"165","time":"Jan 8, 2011 @ 9:06pm","epoch":1294520460,"text":"Great! What would have been awesome if the color of the shuttle was related to speed and the shape or something related to angle. That way I could see the changes rippling through the line. Faster and more shuttles would have been awesome too!"},{"author_name":"ChainedLupine","author_uid":"1746","time":"Jan 10, 2011 @ 4:13am","epoch":1294632480,"text":"Interesting idea!
