Medusa Massacre by Cliff Lee(CL)

[raw]
made by Cliff Lee(CL) for LD35 (JAM)
This is my sixth time to attend Ludum Dare.
I stuck in the brainstorming this time because I can't come up with more innovative ideas.
Spend too much time on thinking ideas, that makes me only 24 left to create my game...
Finally, I catch up with the deadline by staying up late.

Like always, Hope that everyone will enjoy my game :)

Unique and fun game. I managed to get 86 kill count sitting in a corner :). The graphics and audio were really good.

This is an interesting mechanic. The fact that the enemies only move when you are giving them the shoulders creates a weird feeling of urgency. I think though it is easy to exploit by staying against a wall, so maybe there should be more mechanic in place to avoid that? Simple but fun gameplay, and excellent graphics.

Holy shit, shat in my pants when I just turn around and see the enemy at 5 cm from my face. Great idea and great implementation. Very funny.

Holy crap, very cool mechanic! Super cool that I feel somehow both extremely powerful yet inevitably helpless to the horde. Wow. Very very cool.
