So I never got the game quite where I hoped owing to the misunderstandings of am and pm (I thought I had another 12 hours - oh well). Anyway, enough whining.
Important:
I haven't had a chance to test the volume on other systems and I noticed I'd been working with my headset on half volume. Try turning down your system volume beforehand; just in case.
The file is about 2.5 megs in size, so it could take a moment to load up. It's hosted on a 10 meg/sec line, but your speed may vary.
Instructions:
Click the title to start.
1, 2 and 3 selects weapons (cannon, flak and bomber) to counter three different enemy types (tank, bomber plane and bunker). Aim with the mouse and fire. Simple.
If an enemy reaches your army intact, you lose 10% health.
For every 10 enemies you kill, the war proceeds (stuff in the background explodes). 1 shot = 1 kill.
The game can start and end. Unfortunately, it never got farther than that.
UPDATE: retouched a few things, a few out-of-range glitches. I won't touch it any more. Anything else requires more than the allotted time, definitely.
I won't work further on the game, I think (the code's a terrible mess in any case). Consider it licensed under a very liberal creative commons license.

With some polish, and maybe a difficulty scale that goes up quicker (it does get boring around 60 kills, difficulty/speed doesn't go up in a noticeable way) it could be very good.
I did get my fingers mixed up on the keys a few times, which I liked, it made it feel kinda like a rhythm game.
