DNA Inspector by AndyGusto
[Incomplete]
Click 2 humans to compare their DNA code. Click on a DNA Chunk to find out more about the Gene.
The Human Genome is randomly generated at runtime. Each Human is constructed from a set of genes for Hair Color, Eye Color, Skin Color, Sex, Metabolism, Blood Type, and Allergies. It is very easy to change the Genome config files to make a trait more or less common.
In a more complete game, the Player is sending humans through StarGate style teleporters to other worlds. Each teleporter has specific genetic requirements. A simple gate might only require that the human have brown hair. A more complex gate might require a human to have brown hair, green eyes, type O+ blood, and an allergy to peanuts.
The player would not have the ability to directly see the Gene type. Instead, they must compare two humans, and find matching chunks of DNA. By process of elimination, the player can save chunks of known DNA, and build up a working library of the Human Genome, and complete their objective.

Are you going to continue developing this? It looks like a cool idea and I'd like to play it if/when it's finished.

This is cool. I say keep this idea and keep it really simple as a puzzle game and add elements that are fun. :-)
