This game uses a small chunk of real human DNA for it's real-world theme component. This is used for actual gameplay sequence data as well as for the title screen music. Yes, you are listening to DNA when you start the game.

You must assemble the matching DNA sequence when presented with a sequence of chemicals. The faster you can do this, the higher your score. How long of a sequence can you assemble?

I have a terrible memory, so I wouldn't have gotten a very high score anyway but adding that you have to do the pairing colour instead of the one that dings... Marvellous! :D

This makes your brain rotate... rather hard if played late at night ... :)

I was really good at Simon Says, but for some reason this really throws me off! Unique use of the theme, and a great twist on a classic game!

@derektrain: the "some reason" is that you were really good at Simon! (You did mean Simon and not Simon Says right?)

I love it that you used DNA for the music.

Aahhh, Simon with a twist! This was a tough one, my brain is no good at these games!!

I made a somewhat similar (simon-like) game for the last LD, here it is if you want to check it out:
