great game just completed it

Congrats on your first game! The game worked well; the only bug I found that it was possible in some jumps to embed yourself in the wall and get stuck for a bit, but you could wiggle your way out and jump again. I'm also impressed that you put in a map on the pause screen; that might be a first for me seeing that. One other thing I noticed was that I could keep jumping back and forth into a room and re-kill the same enemies; that sometimes game me points to spend, sometimes not. I'm guessing there was a level up system or something but it wasn't obvious.

The game was reaaally fun, simple, but fun. The sound and graphics worked nicely together and the music was very good.

One critique I have for this game is that it was a little too loud for me since I was wearing headphones, a volume setting would be nice. I also don't really see how the theme was incorporated except for the slime killing and I don't really know how you get level up points.

A nice lil sound effect or something when you get one of those level up points would also be fantastic.

Finally, during the only time I died outside of the first room, I was met with this error, it was in the very long room with all the red blobs.


Nonetheless, considering the time limit and just how fun the game was, I'd say it was a success.

A simple concept goes a long way! Good work, and love my little goo face ツ.

@darylsteak I didn't realise that was a thing that happened. Thanks for the very timely info, I should hopefully have as fix for that one up soon-ish (like 2-3 days, w/ schoolwork and all). I'm also really glad you all enjoy the game!
