What a gem! Hilarious sounds and situations, MS-Paint art, world's greatest defeat-screen and really unique gameplay. What could you want more?

This was a lot of fun! I loved the graphics and the funny situations. I tried guessing - until I realised there were clues on the screen :-) Nice work!

Funny game, cool sound effects and great Cthulhu - perfect combination!

+1 for Cthulhu, pretty entertaining game, it's essentially a timed mad lib. The situations were amusing and the art style only added to that. I'm terrible at this so I always lose, but enjoyable nonetheless. Good work here!

Games with good humor rating AND interesting/innovative gameplay are rare. Your game is totally one of these gem.

This was great!

Fun mechanism with a good sense of humor.

The only thing to change is the controls, I found them a bit inconsistent. Having to switch between arrow keys, the enter button and the mouse to control everything was challenging in a time sensitive scenario!!

Haha, realy good. It took me a while to figure out I could use the mouse to see stuff haha. After 3 tries, I got it! It's really interresting, and I love the voice acting! Great job!

One of the funniest games here!

I agree, the controls were a bit rough, but the rest of the game makes up for it!

This game just made my day, thank you good sir/madam for being brilliant. The talking sounds are hilarious and the situations the game generates even more so :P

Well, what can I say. As always, I liked the humor a lot. Game play wise, it wasn't clear that I should use mouse at the beginning, but after figuring it out it was pretty fun.

I wonder how many combos of scenes/characters/actions are there?

I had some trouble getting the download versions to work - the exe file needs the rest of the Love2D dlls in order to run. I tried delving into the .love file to find out what version of Love2D it was made for (I've got several installed), but the conf.lua file didn't say - which version should I be using?

The web version works fine, though. And I love the voice acting! (Che bo boeyyy! Hwibobohh!)

This is really great. I love the use of the theme. The voices are very good and add a tremendous amount to the final product.

It took me a moment to realize that there were clues on the screen and also that I could move the text bar to the left and right. It was a lot of fun. I think the additional off additional mini games as random as the characters would take this to the next level.

This is super, super great! Also, bonus points for the Zardoz quote. The whole 'build your response' thing from the limited visual clues is brilliant! Also make fun Mad-Libs. Simlish SFX equally smart and the music is charming.

Couple little nit-picks: The number of people who pop up seems to be random. This leads to impossible game sessions. It also too a while to understand that the timer fills up. Yeah, I understand that its filling up with urine, but it is still counter-intuitive.

A wholly original concept wonderfully executed. Great job!

@rytebyte Glad you enjoyed the Zardoz quote :) I'm going to make the entire team watch this movie soon so that everyone will understand why @zeler and I put it down :)

The number of people popping up is random - 3, 4 or 5. Maybe we should have made it a permanent 4, but oh well!

If we set aside the terrible graphics, this game was great ! The situation is very funny and I loved the gameplay idea :) It would probably get boring if it was longer but such a short game it was really fun :). Nice music too ! Very good job !

Haha this was great! The voice acting cracked me up. I thought about doing something with the phrase "It's a small world" too but I couldn't think of a good way to do it. You certainly managed to though and very well at that! Even the shitty art works well for this and just makes it funnier XD. Kudos!

hey really liked your game, thanks for your entry!

i was a big fan of the throwback art style, it complimented the point-and-click vibe really well and looked great. I also really liked the sound. The different voice samples added a lot of polish and I'm a big fan of the BGM. Overall really well-polished there. Only things I found could really use improvement were: (1) the UI was sometimes a little unclear about which key to use to progress, in particular the first time I needed the Return key. (2) I think the flashlight mask could be a little bigger and maybe gradiented with transparacy around the edge for a smoother-looking effect.

I also liked the unique gameplay style. It was a great mashup of styles with a unique combination, and I liked how you had to look at the scene but also x-ray the character. The bathroom thing reminded me a lot of Parappa the Rapper.

Had a lot of fun playing your game! Hope you had fun making it and look forward to seeing you back at LD again :D

Unfortunately, I do not know English so well to understand how to play it, I liked the gameplay with a flashlight and a character)) good mood!

That was hilarious. I honestly don't have much to say other than great job. You really nailed the humor and managed to make such a wacky game a challenge at the same time. I'm glad I kept failing because going babysitting during the Battle of Somme was worth it.

Woah, that was a pretty cool game! I didn't realize you could do stuff with the mouse on my first playthrough which led to me being VERY confused and almost... scared of the weird people? It was nice once I figured it out though - charming game! I feel like the timer could be a little longer, though.
