The power in this case is body heat.

The objective of the game is to find logs laying around and use it as a resource to heat the house up. You lose if everyone's health is at zero which results in a game over.

The player outside will lose health to the cold. Residents inside the house will recover warmth points as long as there is wood being burned. If there is no wood they will also lose health in the cold.

When a player sees a log, press the Spacebar to pick it up when near and the player MUST return to home to add more wood to the stock.

There are wolves outside who will attack the player on site.

When night comes the player has an option to sleep inside the house. Make sure you have enough wood before night falls. It is colder when its night so players who are outside lose warmth faster.

I like that game. It has a kind and funny mood. I like the idea that they have get warm inside the house etc. Maybe the wolfs? should try to catch when the player is near. It would be great if there where more to do, but i guess it was dificult in that poor time :) I enjoy it and love how the wolfs jump arround xD. Also i like a lot the start page with the rotating island.

P.d. Sorry for my english

Thanks Rakowu, yah I had other ideas to add more creatures and other things to manage (manage generators and survive a limited time till help arrives) but I got busy during this jam but thankfully its playable, not exactly beatable though.

Unfortunately because you can't really do anything aside from picking up wood or returning to your hut, the gameplay quickly becomes repetitive. Having some other options like fighting the wolves, felling and planting trees for easier wood production, or other kinds of mechanics would help the game a lot.

Yah, the game sounded nice on paper but after playing myself it gets a bit repetitive. If I had more time I wanted to flesh out the world more and add more creatures, but doing this solo cuts a lot of time in.
