I quite liked it, neat graphics, simple but well implemented mechanics.
Only one complaint, once I understood all the mechanics it became quite easy not to die (I stopped at 48 hours because I thought I could go on like this for a pretty long time).

Maybe a gradual increase in difficulty the longer you play would be a good addition.

@raphael Thank you for your feedback. There is actually a bug. I will fix this asap and then the difficulty should increase every few rounds. I also will play your game :)

At first I wasn't impressed with this game but as I kept playing I began to see the charm of this game. The controls were really tight and I felt like I had good control over the character. The concept is really interesting and actually quite unique and something I never actually thought about. I like that it is essentially an endless runner but instead of running to always new procedural generated land hoping not to crash (like most endless runners) this is in fact a survival game where you run over the same land repeatedly over and over to progress time and need to manage items and resources as you go. This game is freaking brilliant and I love it!

The idea of a looping world is pretty awesome. In 2D it is even better then in 3D. At first I wasnt really playing it correctly. I just jumped around and watered some stuff. I died because I didnt lived healthy enough. I hope that will just happen ingame ^^ Second time I played I knew what I was doing. I still died due to my unhealthieness. To sum it up: I am a bad survivor ^^

I just have one question: Why can I only get health by eating meat? Dont get this wrong I am not a vegetarian or something like that, I am just curious because I never had enough animals around. Did I extinct them by accident? If so... Never give me an axe again...

@christian-koch You also get health by eating flowers/herbs. For that, you have to water little flowers two rounds in a row. After that you can eat them and gain 2 health points. But if you wanna survive long, you will need to follow a well balanced diet :).

And yes, sometimes you get bad luck and there will spawn very few animals. I will try to change this a bit.

Dang it, windows only - I really wanted to play this one. It looks really nice - so much style - I wonder if you could do a asm.js build or something so we could run it in the browser?

I'm with @mrspeaker on this one, I can't even run it on wine (linux) gives me a GameMaker Studio 2 error :(

@mrspeaker @rombus I'm sorry, but I can't build linux or web versions of my game at the moment, since in game maker you have to buy the different export modules separately and I don't have them yet. I really appreciate your interest in my game.

Solid game and really polished, the menus was a bit tricky at first but became quite natural after a while. Looks and feel just very nice.

Fun game! While some mechanics were a bit confusing at first, the constant rushing to gather materials was fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed the game. My only suggestion would be to make the game's mechanics a little bit more clear throughout the game. Great job, and thanks!

Very creative use of the theme - I really like how the small world renews a little with each cycle through. Great job!

This is a creative approach to the small world theme. Growing food to survive is cool in this type of game, it had the bits of games that makes them addictive. Great work, nice graphics, good sounds, overall a nice little game.

Cute graphics, and pretty good crafting/inventory system for a compo entry! I liked your take on the theme too. I wish there's a better indication when you're about to die, though.

It played great with the xbox controller. I would have liked the left thumbstick to work for movement as well. The circular world with one way travel is a great mechanic based on the theme. For the jam content, nothing except the herbs really harnessed this as a mechanic but it has great potential.

It was very easy to use the craft system and inventory. That many systems in a jam is ambitious, and you pulled it off! Great entry.

Fine work! Some of the best and cleanest graphics I've seen thus far, you should be proud. I wasn't able to do much more than build arrows, kill deer, and ruin trees :D The first time I died, it was because Health ran out, even though I had plenty of food and water. It seems like the "health" meter is "how long has it been since you filled a living creature with sharp arrows and then ate the raw meat", which is something we all have to worry about every day.

This is a cool game, and I enjoyed it. Please keep it up!

Very satisfying movement and control! Cute sounds and world. I really like this!
You also said WHY I died when I died, which was EXTREMELY helpful.

The art on this one is so nice! The clouds could do with a little more work, but everything else is really cute and moody. The game is really fun and the controls are tight! The idea and concept is very refreshing too, keep up the good work ♥
