Explore for as long as you can without being killed! It's dark but luckily you have your friend Wisp to guide you through the dungeon. Hopefully, the light doesn't attract monsters!

Quick Guide:

  • wasd / arrow keys to walk
  • q / e - lower / raise brightness of wisp
  • more light = aggressive enemies
  • find the key and find the exit!
  • pick up potions to restore health!
  • survive as many floors as you can!

(Windows) I received an error:
'The program can't start because UnityPlayer.dll is missing from your computer.'

I don't know where the file comes from but it seems that it should be included with the exe and data folder.

the light determines how aggressive some mobs are. though the hornets aggression level is unrelenting.

for windows, the data folder should be there, i'll double check in a bit

Interesting idea, I like the setting but the contrast was hard on my eyes. But I only got to floor 3... so maybe I am not the best judge.

It's interesting to balance being able to see and attracting enemies. The health potions helped a lot, since I often ran into enemies before noticing them.

The floors all felt basically the same, and it's hard to remember where I have and haven't been when looking for the stairs, so I think I checked some areas multiple times.

I thought about putting a minimap but then again we thought of a lot of things...unfortunately time was a limiting factor.

Cool idea, I liked that leaving potions behind instead of always picking them up gave something for the monsters to move towards. I ran out of time on level 6 because there was too much space to search, and I couldn't find the stairs anywhere.

Hi, guys! Checked your game, reached the 7th floor.
Nice entry!

Want to notice a few moments:
1. Game becomes kinda repetetive, I was already a bit boared on the 7th floor
2. Also I did not know that I can swith the light level with Q/E buttons during my play XD I cheked helped only after a play. It will be really good to pu this on the first level.

Until I realized that the light level can be changed I wanted to ask "why did you not highlited the stairs as you did with the key?", but I think for now this question have no point XD

Actually was a good balance decision)

In general - your game is pretty polished and it is a great entry for the first game jam!
Good job!
