I was a bit surprised how long it took to start playing and then didn't know I was actually able to do anything. Not clear what I was doing or supposed to do. Loved the art the music they worked well together and complimented each other.

ENLARGE YOUR HP BAR TODAY WITH THIS VERY SIMPLE TRICK

I ship Blue and Pink already.
A way to accelerate dialogs would be nice, but the story seemed really cute!

One big complaint I have:Loading screens. They shouldn't happen with a game that has so simple graphics.
Music was great though. And I found myself absorbed in the story really fast!

It is impressive that you managed to build that much story in to the game but I think you would be better off with adding a bit more actual gameplay. Loved the audio and graphics tho!

interesting concept but the first fight as such huge bossfight killed my enthusiasm. dont know whats after that cause seems tedious.
love your trees and the overall mood of the setting. more time and this could be pretty nice game

feel free to visit me ;)

It took a long time to get to the "gameplay" but I actually enjoyed the peculiar storyline. The music and sound on this game has been pretty well done... it's a shame the gameplay is so hollow and empty feeling.

First of all, you can't make a game and say "don't play it" be proud of what you make :3 I really enjoyed it, I really like the game aesthetic, the trees and grass were very well drawn in my opinion, kind of made me remember the old pokemon days. It was quite a fun little story and journey. Good entry!

I absolutely love the fact that it reminds me of Earthbound and is really relaxing to play. Great job! I really enjoyed playing it. :)

I got to the boss but seems it will take forever to beat him :) Did you use any engine?

@slashie You can't beat him :(

I used heavily modified RPG Maker MV.

@juicy-vegetable Well, there is no gameplay in this "game" :) And it was a deliberate decision, I focused on creating assets this time. Hopefully I'll create real game for next Ludum Dare.

@tay I made this "game" to challenge myself. And I'm proud that I managed to finish it. But it just not a game, it's a bunch of assets put together. Also I never expected that people will play it. That's a pleasant surprise!

@tulipekoni @eidovolta Thank you for your kind words!

Graphics are simple and quite interesting

I have no idea what I was doing but it seemed impossible to finish this game. It was fun

I really liked this. It wasn't much of a game but what existed was very polished. The music and art had a very cute feel to them. The anti-aliasing thing was pretty funny.

This was a fun little idea. I definitely didn't kill the boss. Perhaps that's the point: "... the worse it gets." Cool meta-entry.

Great game it's a pity that so few people played it so far the story and music are undeniably the best advantage of the game

Cool story and music. I way to skip or speed the dialog would be nice. Congrats!

Good story, nice art style and fits the theme really well. The gameplay seemed so boring in the battle but once the twist had happened I understood the joke and wasn't bothered by it. Great work and a very depressing story.
