KindergARTen by Gaga
Not a game, really just a scene.
Got the idea way to late to make anything with gameplay.
I mostly uploaded so I can play/rate other games :)
WASD - Move
Mouse - Look
Esc - Quit

Regardless of that though, it does work on its own as a tiny little experience. I'd actually love to see more kindergarten drawings turned into these little scenes, and I'm sure the little artists themselves would adore it as well. Better yet, it could easily be put into a VR setting, and what could be more amazing for a little child to step into a world based on their own drawing?
I might be getting too excited here, but there's just something very charming about this. Despite not being a game, and being very small considering you uploaded it as part of the 72-hour jam, I still just really liked it. Thanks for making this!
- Really simple music track, something thematically nursery played on a child's xylophone or something similar.
- Some small degree of interactivity, like picking apples from the tree or the butterflies reacting to your presence by moving away.
Overall, loved it, definitely my top pick so far.
Also, I noticed as I was playing around with it that it would be a great tool to teach image composition with. Since you're able to stop at any point and, without motion, the image in front of you instantly looks 2D again (thanks to the art style), you could use the game to show how placing objects in a picture in certain ways can give better or more interesting results than others.
Thanks for making this and, again, I would absolutely love to see this made into a game! :D

I think your game is a testament to what is great about Ludum Dare and what allows people to express their art made in such a intense amount of time. I just think it would be even better if you could express it further by making a game through it. ;)
In case you feel like you don't have the skill or knowledge there are hundreds of places out there on the internet for you to learn, much like everyone this site did to make their games.
Thank you very much for sharing.
Although it doesn't have any gameplay (a shame, a little bit of interaction would have made it tons more interesting)... it was very nice to see a little world made of crayon. I think you nailed what you wanted with the art style, even if you couldn't make more of it, and it was realy nice and realaxing to wak around that house.
I encourage you to keep pursuing this idea, whether it ends up being a game or not I think you are onto something here... Congratulations, nice job!
