Also the slowing down of the character is really annoying, I know you were trying to relate to the theme but slowing the character is not the right way, I suggest doing something that makes the gameplay experience more hectic/fastpace/harder not something that makes it slower and boring.
Overall a good entry!
Really lovely game! I especially liked the ending when the swarm of cats appeared. Also, the cat sounds were quite entertaining. Good job! :)
@shito Did you play on 4:3 display or something? Because the platforms should be visible (on 16:9) when you step on the switches. But you are right, sound cues for platforms (and for much more) were planned, they just did not make it in time :)
Very nice puzzle game. I managed to complete all 5 levels, and the payoff was very satisfying.
I really like how you didn't need a tutorial, since the player just learns as they go along.
The only thing I would change would be to change the keyboard bindings. It is a bit weird to have to use A, D, up, and down. I would've made the controls WASD or up/left/down/right, whichever the user preferred (e.g. both up and W would pick up a cat).
Overall an awesome game :).
