Good job!
The idea can be interesting but it need more incentive to give the player the will to do this over and over again, like some upgrade system or anything, but for a game jam it's really nice : )
Character design and animation was great, walking was surprisingly satisfying. Music was really good, felt like the right level of energy for the gameplay. Does the music change as you reach certain thresholds, or was that just my imagination?
I couldn't figure out how to play the game after four tries, reading the instructions, and checking the comments. I feel like I'm kind of missing out :(
Of course I failed on the brain transplant...which makes sense
At one moment I was stuck in the game because the patients wasn't asking for organs, or if they did, I couldn't access to the surgery mini games by pressing X key, even If I had the organs.
Anyway, good game and great work overall!
