That's a fine infinite runner/driver there :) Particularly good work with the dynamic camera system when it comes to tunnels and the likes.

Great entry, congrats!

Best 471, really cool infinite runner and the camera does what I want it to. I wish there was a few more obstacle types in the road though, maybe some sort of car crash or a jump.

This game is definitely my favorite so far. It oozes style, with the way textures popup, the camera movement, the art for the vehicles, and the audio. After playing for longer than I would like to admit, I got a score of 714, which I am happy with for now.

Super Fast!!!!!AMAZING GAME.

Loved the simple(but great!) graphics. The sound track is amazing and so is the gameplay. Have played a lot of car games in my life, and to be honest, this is one of the best. The controls are just so responsive.

Also, the game was challenging. Looking forward to you completing this. :)

Up to 763, I can confirm that the update worked. I recommend adding a counter showing distance, maybe in the bottom right.

Edit: After the update, my best score hasn't updated for some reason. It shows a new best when I set it, but then goes back to my best before the update. Also:

Hey @Stevenjmiller thanks for the heads-up. That was a sloppy bug but I've fixed it in the new update v0.6.4 which is up now.

AWESOME score BTW. Not sure I can get that high myself actually :D

Nice Game, did you use cinemachine for your camera follow? it looks really smooth when you go in the tunnels! Good work!!!

Thanks @Bruins, no it's just regular raycasting and some smoothing. Didn't even know about cinemachine but will check it out now :D Thanks!

Very nice to the point lead into the game just quickly showing off the important things to know. Combine that with global highscore and minimal time to retry and you've got a game that is very easy to get into and stay addicted. Very well done!

I enjoy this. Graphics are nice and clean, sound is good, and the vehicle falling apart on collision is a really nice touch that adds a lot. The coin spawn seems a bit inconsistent however, so the distance you can go seems rather luck based (though I might just be bad!) One thing I feel that would add a lot is go whole hog with the collisions, and have your car's main body go flying, instead of just kinda floating static. Really enjoyed this, and great job for 23 hours!

Pretty fun, the dynamic camera was really good. The coin spawn was inconsistent and could take away from the skill based gameplay but other than that i can't really find any big complaints. Global highscores is always a good addition and i found myself playing longer because of it (made top 10 :D). Great job dude!

We streamed your game with Danae plays on Twitch. :) Here's a link:

Simple mobile-like game. Fun trying to reach the top score, it's nice that you took time to implement an online leaderboard (without names but oh well :)). Controlling the car was mostly okay, though it really seemed to me the acceleration / deceleration are off – the acceleration is very slow, while the deceleration is too abrupt. And finally, even though it's a game fit for a mobile platform, the popup asking to subscribe to a newsletter was certainly not appreciated! But oh well, good job making a fun game :)

The crashes were really nice, and I'd say the global stats/highscore is essential for the experience. Without it I would probably not have played more than once. The controls were nice and speed/difficulty too. It felt like my bad judgement rather than the game made me crash. So really quite fun game. I also liked how you get right back into driving so you can't give up and call it quits. __Just try one more time__. It would kind of have been nice to get a bit of a __GO!__ indicator when the race started, but not that important. The use of coins as power-ups is a well established trope, but I think it would have made more sense to have petrol or batteries or such. In general a really fun addictive game.

Maybe you need to make an instant move to the next lane when you press it, because if it's a reaction game, and there are only two bands, then intermediate options are not needed.
🎤 CG_Fred

@pavelsovushkin there is actually several lanes as you can go outside of the road too :D Most people don't actually seem to try that though for some reason.

Although I am not a fan of both infinite runners and car games (except crazy taxi) but this game was fun. The main reason is that I liked the controls a lot, the only thing that wasn't to my preferences was the fact that I had to press "S" to stop but it is just a matter preferences. The art was ok and I like the low poly mountains. Overall, this is one of the few car games that I enjoyed playing.
