Great game! The art blew me away as soon as I loaded in. The gun and the hit effects were very well done. I also really liked that there were screens showing where the zombies were so I could play centipede. The little touches like the joystick moving when you moved the centipede character were also great. Good job!

Really great. Awesome sound effects. Plus it gets so tense when the zombies start to swarm. Loads of great little game feel in there. Would love to see more of this.

Wow, you have awesome graphics here! I laughed when I realized I have to play the arcade while I'm shooting enemies in "real life/game"
Idea is so cool and it's well implemented, good work :)

This is GORGEOUS! I'm terrible with multitasking games like this but it's great anyways! Good job!

Hey everyone! Loved the visuals and the gameplay, it was a lot of fun! The one thing that I would try to improve on is the audio. The sound effects were really confusing at some points (zombie noises). I always thought the zombies were right next to me! If possible try adding an attenuation curve to these so that the audio will respond to how close a zombie is to you. I also found the gun very unsatisfying to shoot, maybe something a bit beefier sounding would help! Thanks for letting me play :)

hey I played your game on stream: jtn191 on Twitch. I thought the intro sequence was amazing and very well polished. I think the soundeffects for the player's gun could be improved by changing to a "bigger", "heavier" kind of sound. The arcade sfx were great, could maybe add speaker emulation or reverb to further put them in the space. Monster sounds could be improved. Amazing job, great collaboration! well done!

The game is really good ! It's fun to play even if it's a bit hard and graphics are so cool !
The only thing I think could help a bit would be to have a futuristic AI in top of the weapon when you're killing zombies to see the arcade screen, in order to be able to see both part of the game regardless in which you are :)

Great job :)

I love the neon arcade graphic style, the experience is fun and intense with beating milipede highscores and managing zombie hordes.

My only suggestion would be music: perhaps a nice synth wave or something in the vein of 80s electronic scene.

Amazing job!

@facepalmpt i keep thinking on "Ready Player one" the new Spielberg movie on that so i also thought about some 80s music, maybe in a Post Jam steam version (with VR mode!)

Interesting vision of the theme, I like it!
Really good game with nice 3D, fun to play, and yes, like others said before a 80's music could be cool!

Took me some time to realise that I couldn't move (thought I was stuck in the arcade), but it was fun once I understood that I simply was suppose to turn around! :) looks really good!

Really interesting mix of genres. This game is so stressful, at least for me but i kinda enjoyed. The graphics were awesome so hands up for your artist. A good mix. Good job!

Good job creating that in only a few days. It's quite challenging and plays nice, well done

Great visuals that lack a little bit of beefy sound to back it up. With some audio tweaks and gameplay feedback, this game would be solid.

I'm terrible at playing two games at once like this. Really impressive graphics. The sounds felt off to me. Like the lazer sounded really puny. But I'm glad you have sounds. Really solid entry.

Very well done! Everything was polished and felt complete. The graphics were amazing! Apparently I am really bad at centipede. :P

Amazing graphics! Very original idea, the arcade game and FPS at the same time! Excellent work!

Nice concept and execution!

The only thing I would suggest is adding a little bit more of "game feel" elements to the game, for example, the FPS part felt very underpowered, you could add more sound effects, impact and some animation to the enemies!

Overall it is a nice entry, keep up the good work :)

Pretty neat! The 3D graphics are really impressive for a game done in 72 hours only. I was wondering which installer is the most up-to-date on itch.io? This ain't so straightforward. Beyond that, I can't play it so well on my old PC because the graphics are too demanding but it seems like a strong entry in this Ludum Dare - good job :-)
