In each turn I destroy the last building of the enemy, the AI just plants another cottage, as it still has at least \"1 people\" left. Until my troops get there to raze it, it generated another person, with which it can build another cottage as soon as this one is down. So I basically can't win until I covered the enemy's area with my troops to attack any new building immediatly?
