Very nice art, looks good. The 2 things that you can improve are :
-music was a little bit too loud, even on the lowest setting. And the tune wasn't "smooth" idk how explain.
-it was a little bit too easy, consider rising the challenge/making it harder because as soon as you buy some upgrades it gets too easy

The battering ram gameplay is like a becoming true for me. It would be even more so if I had a chance to swing that thing at the gates, but hey, a man can dream. I like the general idea of it.

@the-bm Thanks - I know what you mean about the music, will probably re-do it at some point. Never made music before, just wanted to get *something* ;)

And yes there's definitely some balancing needed with the parts and the levels

I couldn't finish the last level, but nice job overall. Sound needs some work and I managed to make my basher stand

A good idea, and a easy game to play. I would have liked a bit more to do, but overall a fine little LD game.

Fun and easy to control, made it through all the levels with Heavy plating, Heavy shield and Mark of health. Good game, well done!

There's a bug where when you once you hit the wall you can rapidly spam 'D' and you will damage it.

You have a nice groundwork, but the game is essentially decided at the moment you start the level, by whether you have more health than the wall or the wall has more health than you.

If you can do something to spice up the gameplay some more, maybe add some more mechanics or strategy elements, and add a bit more meaningful choice to the customizations (perhaps active effects?) you can turn this into a very solid game.

Good job, I liked this a lot. The damage system was pretty creative. A lot of the upgrades, while overpowered, were pretty good ideas. If the game had more levels and more challenging levels it would have been a lot better. It seems like you didn't get the archers finished but if you did those would have been a nice addition to the game.

Nice game, I think you should probably add more physics for things like the rocks and some affects for when the wall or battering ram's health goes down and when they run out of health.
