** Sound/SFX **: The background music really sets a good mood for the game :) also your sfx choice is really great :) one thing about the music tho, something fast (due to the nature of the game) might also work really well with it :)
** Graphics **: I really like those, especially the main character :D
** Gameplay **: The gameplay reminds me of pacman, and it also gives of that feel, i even manage to get nearly all batteries (which wasn't easy :D), one thing about it tho sometimes the enemies take a path which leads them to catch you without getting away due to their increased speed compared to yours? maybe more sight of the map would have been good to counter this?
** Overall **: Great job with your entry, you can be proud of what you achieved :)
Btw out of curiosity how did you handle the mouse clicks on the menu. It just occurred to me why it was so difficult to start a new game and it might have to do with where you put the code to accept mouse clicks on the menu. In my first project development class one of the teams using unity put all of their input inside of FixedUpdate() functions (rather than Update() with Time.deltaTime applied). As a result even though it worked perfectly on the computers they were making the game on whenever they got up in front of the class to demonstrate the game hardly worked. I don't know if you checked for mouse clicks in a FixedUpdate or if other functions can do similar weirdities to input but that might be something worth looking into because I had a LOT of trouble starting a game and it didn't seem like a coordinate issue but a dropped input issue.
* I couldn't stop playing it until I pick all the batteries ;)
* Love the retro touch (pixel art, the GameBoy, etc.)
Negative
* Nice game but is actually an skinned PacMan with batteries.
* It's a bit unfair that you move slower than the randomly controller enemies :(
Nice entry though! Congrats!
Talking about unfair :)

Still, very cool concept and pretty solid execution! :)
