Love the artstyle and the story sorta reminded me of the movie Ingrid Goes West! The game was rather hard, I struggled with walking up to the dangers without walking into them :smile: Anyways, good job!

The pixel art is really gorgeous, and the game have a really nice "feel" to it !
It is a bit too hard for me, but even though I had fun playing it, and viewing all the beautiful selfies with the different faces is really cool :D

Cute little game. I really enjoyed it! The art style was really polished and nice, and combined with the music created the perfect relaxed, fun, innocent atmosphere. Taking pictures with all the animals felt quite wholesome, despite the animals trying to kill you.

My life was worth 44 likes. But at least I snagged a wicked sweet selfie with a spider!

The game was a lot of fun, I laughed about 50% of my total playtime! The idea was great, the graphics were great, the music fit the tone... What's not to lov-- LIKE about this one?

I'm really impressed by the fresh take on the theme :) It was pretty genius. The game was fun, although it was a bit hard to walk up to enemies and snap selfies with them without getting hit.

I really like it. Mechanics, sounds, theme fit, all just really works together. And it's in Flash, so the game must run on a toaster.

At first I was upset that this is just a platformer. But then I took a selfie. Wonderful thing, I really enjoyed taking the pictures.

Very very cute! The first time a saw a selfie mechanic in LD44, also a good twist to the concept of life is currency. Good graphics and sprites in this one, also could use a bit of variation in the music. But overall, great execution and smooth game. Congratulations!

Cute game! It was fun to figure out how to minimize risk to maximize likes with the selfie targets. The rabbit in the bush made me literally LOL. Nice work!

I loved this game! Your interpretation of the theme is very unique, and the selfie mechanic is great. Had a lot of fun trying to get a selfie with the rabbit haha (: Reminds me of people going at the edge of hazardous cliffs to get the best selfie, your game delivers a nice message. Also I like the 8-bit style, both in graphics and sounds. The different animal enemies kept me interested - found a flying dog on level 2 though (: Overall a great game, congrats! :D

Really clever concept that is executed very well. Great pixel art and music. Scoring seemed a little inconsistent, but the gameplay made up for it. Awesome job!

@game-mon Thanks a lot for your feedback. Ouch, I missed that bug on level 2, anyway, a selfie with a flying dog should be worth so many likes 😆

@nico-fallosch Yes, your are totally right. This is the first time I make music on my own. I tried to do my best and this is the result: boring, obsessive and repetitive dudidudidudiduuuu... sorry :smiley:

This game brought a gigantic smile to my face, haha. Great idea, and fantastic execution. The moment I realized the photos were created dynamically I fell in love with.

Entertaining game with an interesting concept. I feel the variety could have been a little bigger, or maybe give more special unique things to hunt that perfect selfie with. Was killed by a levitating dog. Great job finishing! Feels pretty well-rounded and polished

Nice concept to risk is life for likes. It fits pretty well the theme. I liked the art style. I like the idea to explore the level to make as much a selfies as possible.

Great and clever idea! This fits the theme perfectly. I like the graphics too, but maybe, they are too saturated, everything looks so vibrant and it could use some contrast. Good job, overall, I had real fun!

Is this game set in Australia? Why is everything trying to kill me? Even the chicken?! Also that rabbit is terrifying. Looks like a dude in a rabbit suit hiding in the bushes.

Thank you for this commentary on the state of our vacuous "like" culture. Graphics, art direction and platforming mechanics were all cohesive and made for a pleasant gaming experience.

Brilliant take on the theme, with great graphics and catchy music!

One detail I really liked how often you had to risk your life foolishly to take a picture as opposed to standing by a flower, a good bit of commentary.

This was super fun. Great job for 48h. Great concept too. Hilarious that every animal attacks you, even the chicken. I managed to find the meaning of life.
