Thinking about the theme, you guys have choosen a pretty sensible approach, couldnt finish the game but I wonder if at the end there is something more on the same line. My only complain is that there should be something to warn the player when they are being shot on the surface. Most of my deaths were because I was at the bottom and when I got up I just died instantly. Any visual feedback should do.
