We are proud to announce that we are submitting to Ludum Dare for our first time ever -- can't believe we made it.

This is my FIRST completed game! I'm very proud of the fact that we came up with an idea Friday night, had major delays on Saturday, and STILL made it to this moment. I'm sure there's bugs, the game needs some major balancing and I will be working on that for a post jam version. This confirms it, game dev is awesome.

Your atomic-twin and energy mate has been captured by an evil atom! Fly the dangerous corridors of quantum space to collide and unleash your atomic fury to gain enough energy to break your twin free!

- Wait for particles to turn green to break them and gain their energy. Use triangle power form to break other particles (key: T / pad: triangle)

- Slow down time to get set yourself up for a clean break by shifting to your hex power form (key: H / pad: square)

- Your energy degrades over time

- You'll need to reach 100 energy to break your twin's prison, once you do you you will be ENERGIZED and will have a short time to find the twin atom before you'll need more energy!

TWIN ATOM IS THE BIG PARTICLE TRAPPED INSIDE BIG BUBBLE OF WHITE LINES (im too tired to describe this much better right now...)

- Controls: (best played with controller)

Use T (triangle on PS4) to break green particles

Use H (square on PS4) to shift to time-shift form and slow down time!

Arrow Keys (left joystick) to move.

Beautiful looking game, fab music. I like the idea.
I couldn't find a use for the hex power, though.

Nice graphics, but the gameplay is confusing. Things seem to hit me when they're nowhere near, and the amount of timing required to hit things while they're green is pretty brutal. The amount of health you have left doesn't seem to be communicated, either.

A nice entry for a first, but it was far too difficult imo; it seems that most enemies kill you in a single hit before you get much of a chance to do anything.
